allow you to expand your plan to meet the specific needs of each
voyage. They are particularly useful for multi-day
excursions,
Charter Boat services, etc, that
need greater float plan
capacity. Theses supplemental
forms
require Adobe Reader version 8 or later to save and send data that is
entered.

Use when you'll have more
than five (5) passengers and/or crew on board, not including the
operator. This supplement accommodates up to twenty five (25)
additional crew or passengers.
Attach the completed supplement to your Float Plan.

Use when you have more than
six (6)
destinations (waypoints) planned for your voyage. This supplement accommodates up
to twenty two (22) additional waypoints and multiple itineraries
can be used if necessary. Attach completed supplement to your
Float Plan.
