  Teach your students how to prepare a Float Plan.  The Millennium Edition Lesson Plan is the perfect compliment to any U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary, U.S. Power Squadron, or state boating safety course.  It can also be used stand alone for Seminars.

• Millennium Edition" Float Plan (PDF: 303 KB)

  This special version of the "Millennium Edition" Float Plan is ideal for teaching students how to prepare the float plan and the role the Boating Emergency Guide™ plays in assisting the holder of their plan.  It is also the version that should be used in Boating Safety Booths and Vessel Examination Stations, or for those situations where the plan must be prepared by hand.  This version of the Float Plan does not have the electronic forms fill-in features.

  Instructions on how to print the "Millennium Edition" float plan for classroom, boat show, or VE use.

• Tales of the Plan

  The Tales of the Plan library contains short stories about real-life events.  Each story illustrates why preparing a float plan was so important, and the consequences that were needlessly endured by those who didn't.
