Factoid:
Following the 1991 8WR District Training Aids
competition, a condensed version of Mr. Jansky's original Float Plan was
incorporated into the "Federal Requirements and Safety Tips for
Recreational Boaters" brochure published in 1994. They remain
unchanged to this day.
